1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user and the platform governing the use of the 0bdjl platform and all its services. By accessing the 0bdjl website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to all users of the 0bdjl platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on the 0bdjl platform, users must be 21 years of age or older. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. 0bdjl reserves the right to verify age and may request valid identification documents if needed.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts, operating an account in the name of another family member, or registering under a different identity is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may cause issues during the account verification process and may result in delayed or cancelled withdrawals. If any information changes, please notify the support team immediately.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your login details is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 0bdjl support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Be alert to phishing or fraudulent emails — 0bdjl will never ask for your password by email.
• Report any unusual activity on your account immediately.

The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account. 0bdjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access if the user has not followed the security guidelines.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The 0bdjl platform currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the method used at the time of deposit. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

0bdjl follows international anti-money laundering policies. A verification process may be initiated for unusual or suspicious transactions. Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through accounts belonging to the same owner.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳32,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and a total of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
• 0bdjl reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is reason to believe it was created solely for the purpose of obtaining the bonus.
• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts or from the same IP address, all associated accounts may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Programme

0bdjl's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Players can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. 0bdjl reserves the right to void any round where an abnormal bet result has occurred due to a technical error, pending review. All games are operated under fair play principles.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

In sports betting, results are calculated according to the rules defined for each market. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the funds placed on the relevant bet will be refunded. In live betting markets, 0bdjl's decision is final in cases of discrepancies caused by technical delays.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games and slot games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results. If the game interface or connection is interrupted, the result of that round will be determined according to the system record.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure, fund forfeiture, and any necessary legal action:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to operate games.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in a game.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using another user's identity or gaining unauthorised access to their account.
• Using any malicious code or software with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Providing false identity information or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

0bdjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If there is evidence of failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

0bdjl is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed way to make money. Users are always advised to play within their means.
